When I mention this idea to others, invariably, I receive mostly one question. How are you going to go about it? I like to turn that question right back around: How would you do it?
When I tell people about this project I get several reactions. Curious. Confused. Some people's eyes light up as a map forms in their head and the obvious logistical problem of covering every single street.
